At Bark Culture we are dedicated to customer service, product quality, speed of delivery and order accuracy. We strive to make sure every order is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Our goal is to make sure that you receive an outstanding product that you will cherish, and that your order is delivered exactly as you have specified.


At this time, all of our items are handmade, handcrafted, and made to order therefore we cannot accept cancellations past a 48-hour time frame. Since our items are handmade, we also do not accept returns or issue  refunds.  


If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the product, we are more than willing to work with you to make sure you have a positive experience. We are unable to accept ANY exchanges for custom or personalized items (bandanas with any text, specialized bowties, or custom sizing) so please double check our sizing chart listed under each bandana before placing your order.
